Midsussex Hog Roast were our selected caterers for our wedding.
As a wedding caterer they were by far the best value for money we found for our wedding and the professionalism, quality of food and overall service did not disappoint. As a quite personally quite fussy eater, there was not one part of the meal I didn't enjoy, and not one bad comment about the food over the whole day. We were allowed to slightly modify one of the preset menus to best suit us personally, and the Hors d'oeuvres, Main Buffet and Selection of desserts where incredible with lots of friendly service from the staff.
Outstanding service from Chris and the team at MidSussex Hog Roast. They executed our food for our wedding beyond expectations. Amazing outside caterer. The food was amazing!! Hot and cold!
We also used their outside Bar service which included a rustic bar. It certainly aided to the look of our marquee and overall set up of a professional service.

Chris was amazing at helping us decide on our wedding menu.
We had canapés to start with and a sit down meal with sides on the table for guests to help themselves but the main meats were plated and delivered to the table. Throughout the whole process communication was spot on and I felt very relaxed knowing it was all in hand. (Even with our last minute changes!) The food was excellent and lots of our guests took the time to mention that to us. We were impressed with the vegan choices and there was no question over catering for one of our gluten intolerant guests too.
Chris and his Team have recently catered a fantastic 3 course menu at my Wedding for 100 guests.
Both him and his team were an absolute delight to work with, from the original meeting and designing the menu. Chris offers a tasting hour when you get to sample the foods and pick exactly what you like for your final menu which was so valuable looking back at it. We received nothing but compliments from all the guests about the amazing quality of the food, I can honestly say Chris and his team played a massive part in our day and without them it wouldn't been the same!
