Last weekend we catered for a special birthday party in Shoreham, West Sussex where our lovely customers wanted a private dinner party with 15 of their friends.
We worked closely with them in the build up to the party to get an idea of the food they wanted us to serve.
They went for a delicious pickled beetroot and goats cheese starter which we followed with Seabass on sweet potato mash, roasted vine tomato, green beans, tenderstem brocolli and crispy pancetta.
For pudding we treated the guests to a delicious Lemon tart with salted caramel ice cream.
We were able to prepare some of the ingredients and food in our catering unit before hand but did all the cooking working in their kitchen so we could serve it as fresh as possible.
