We have catered for many functions at peakes manor in East sussex. This is a fantastic venue which was built in the 14th Century and is understandably full of character. Customers often rent the venue and stay over or have large scale weddings on there grounds. We did a range of courses for a 3 x course meal. We did Portobello mushroom with goats cheese, tomato bruschetta and lamb and fetta meat balls to start. Mains we did fillet of beef with roasted potatoes, Swede and carrot puree and beef sauce and a mixture of desserts . We were applauded
at the end of service which made us very humbled.
